Mark Davis was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in 1993. He worked principally in commercial law with a particular focus on international clients interfacing with Australian government agencies and investors. By the late 1990’s Mark’s interests in world affairs led him into investigative journalism as a foreign correspondent. He has worked for Australia’s premiere international and investigative programmes – Four Corners ABC TV, Foreign Correspondent ABC TV and Dateline on SBS TV. He was also the host and principal interviewer on Dateline for a number of years. He has won Australia’s premiere journalism prize, the Walkley Award, five times.
